Description: Our goal was to create a beer that is lighter than air, but with enough complexity to be interesting. Nelson Sauvin and Hallertau Blanc hops combine to create aromas reminiscent of Sauvignon Blanc and Muscat grapes. A bone dry finish and crisp effervescence make this a beer worthy of a champagne flute but just as comfortable in a pint glass.

Pegasus City – Texikaner

Style: Black Lager

Description: Though dark in color, this lager is light-bodied and extremely smooth. A mix of German and Mexican lager flavors gives it a mild toffee aroma and crisp finish. Pairs well with Tex-Mex, Willie Nelson, and beachcombing.
