Abita Brewing Company – Christmas Ale

Style: Dark Ale

IBU: 40  | ABV: 5.8%

Description:Christmas Ale is a brown ale that is brewed with six types of malted barley and fermented with American Ale yeast. It is brewed with pale malt as well as a combination of Caramel, Biscuit, Munich, and chocolate malts. It is hopped and dry-hopped with Columbus, Cascade, Centennial, and Amarillo and has a nice piney and citrus hop flavor and aroma. The result is a flavorful brown ale that is sweet and malty with a pleasant hop aroma. Only available in Nov and Dec so get it while it’s here! 


Discretion Brewing – Martian Sky

Style: Red IPA

IBU: 55 | ABV: 6.9%

Description: In this Red IPA aromas of sweet citrus mingle with wisps of pine. The fruity interplay between hops and caramel malt create a beer that is bracingly otherworldly. 


Great Divide Brewing Co – Peppermint Bark Yeti

Style: Imperial Stout

IBU: | ABV: 9.5%

Description: As the temperature drops, Yeti waxes the runners on his sled while visions of bold imperial stouts dance in his head. When the sleigh bells ring and the first flakes of snow begin to fall, Peppermint Bark Yeti is the antidote to winter’s bitter pall. The inclusion of peppermint chunks, chocolate, vanilla and lactose round out the roastiness and bitterness normally associated with Yeti making for a sweeter, holiday-themed version of our legendary imperial stout. Available Nov – Jan. 

 

Highland Brewing Co – Black Watch

Style: Double Chocolate Milk Stout

IBU: 45 | ABV: 8.0%

Description: Black Watch Double Chocolate Milk Stout combines more than 100 pounds of cacao nibs with five malts, roasted barley, and flaked oats to create a rich, high-gravity ale reminiscent of brownie batter and marshmallows with an aromatic nose and a lingering dark chocolate finish.


Rogue Ales & Spirits – Yellow Snow Pilsner

Style: Pilsner

IBU: 19 | ABV: 5.5%

Description: Winter-inspired pilsner brewed with Alaskan spruce tips which add sweetness and slight piney, citrusy nuances. Available Nov – Feb.

SLO Brew – Holidaze IPA

Style: West Coast IPA

IBU: 45 | ABV: 7.0%

Description: Dust off those ugly sweaters… Tis’ the season for a piney, West Coast IPA brewed with a healthy dose of fresh spruce tree tips. Citra hops and a touch of orange peel bring a bright, juicy balance sure to get you in the holiday spirit. Naughty or nice, we wish you Hoppy Holidaze.

 


Sugar Creek Brewing – CLT Epiphany

Style: Wheat Beer

IBU: 15 | ABV: 6.0%

Description: Malty German Wheat Beer brewed in Collaboration with Epiphany Malthouse. This beer uses 100% NC craft malted and grown wheat and barley. Bottle Conditioned in the traditional way for great foam and aromas of caramel and dark fruit. Smooth and easy drinking with a classic Bavarian wheat beer yeast profile highlighting banana and clove. 


The Parkside Brewery – Spectaaculous Spice Cookie Winter Ale 

Style: Spice Cookie Stout

IBU: 30 | ABV: 7.2%

Description: A robust stout inspired by the speculaas “windmill” spice cookie. Warming flavours of brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, and cardamom. Limited edition. 

 

Waterloo Brewing – Salted Caramel Porter

Style: Porter

IBU: 20 | ABV: 6.0%

Description: Rich, creamy caramel and a savoury sprinkling of sea salt come together to make this deep brown ale the perfect finish to any hearty holiday feast. Handcrafted with roasted malts for a smooth, balanced brew, Waterloo Salted Caramel Porter has just enough sweetness to set you right for the night. Available for a limited time. 


Worthy Brewing – Return to the Mountain

Style: Hazy IPA

IBU: 35| ABV: 5.0%

Description: You might be asking yourself, what the hell is a Mountain Style IPA? Well, think of the best of both coasts! Moderate bitterness, juicy hop aromas derived from exciting hops, slightly hazy, and easy drinking! We decided to brew our take on this emerging style using Kveik yeast!
