Allagash Brewing Company – North Sky

Style: Stout

IBU: —  | ABV: 7.5%

Description: Like a clear night lit by stars, this silky Belgian-inspired stout balances light notes of fruit and sweetness with roasty malt. Inspired by late evenings spent around a crackling campfire, North Sky is brewed to merge lightness and darkness into a super-sippable stout.

Dragoon Brewing Co – Dragoon ESB

Style: English Extra Special Bitter

IBU: 29 | ABV: 5.3%

Description: Balance reigns supreme in this mega-drinkable ESB (Extra Special Bitter). It’s all about toasty, characterful malt and bright fruity and earthy hops standing up with one voice to resist those that would seek to bring down beer quality and flavor. Pair ESB with all kinds of pub fare, especially bangers & mash or pasties.

Fat Bottom Brewing Co – The Baroness

Style: Imperial Stout

IBU: 45 | ABV: 10%

Description:

HISTORY

Bertha von Suttner, the first female to win a Nobel Peace Prize, took bold steps with a calm spirit. That’s exactly what The Baroness achieves by aging our traditional Bertha Oatmeal Stout in bourbon barrels – a smooth and spicy brew for every lord and lady.

IMPRESSIONS FROM THE BREWMASTER

The bourbon character is present, but balanced by a richness from the malt and oats. Cherry and vanilla swarm the palate complementing an oaky finish. We wanted to make a beer that was moderate in ABV and full of flavor. This beer aged for over a year as we moved from our old brewery, to our new facility. We then blended, to taste, the barrel aged version with fresh beer from our new brewery. We hope with every sip you can experience the story we are trying to tell.

Flying Dog  Brewery – Family Drama

Style: Imperial Pilsner

IBU: 35 | ABV: 8.4%

Description: With light malt notes and a slightly-floral hop character, this beer tastes like good tidings of comfort and joy. Which is good because Uncle Frank is here, ready to give his annual update on body parts that hurt.

Payette Brewing – Deluminator

Style: Doppelbock

IBU: 25 | ABV: 8.0%

Description: 10TH ANNIVERSARY SERIES: #10 Fueling adventures since 2011. No. 10 in our 10th Anniversary Series: A Doppelbock in honor of the Winter Solstice and the darkest day of the year. This dark German Style Lager has rich toasty flavors with notes of toffee and plum. A light lager’s big brother. Available in December for a limited time.

KC Bier Company – Winterbock

Style: Dark Doppelbock Lager

IBU: 24 | ABV: 8.25%

Description: Dark and strong • Rich malt flavors of caramel and dark chocolate • Mild bitterness • Clean, smooth finish

Jester King – Commercial Suicide

Style: English Mild Ale

IBU: — | ABV: 3.7%

Description: We’re excited to re-introduce Commercial Suicide! This was our first beer released back in October of 2010. We’ve brought it back to its English roots by re-brewing the original Dark Mild Ale. We brewed it with Golden Promise base malt, English caramel malt, and a touch of English chocolate malt. Hopped with East Kent Golding and fermented warm with a pure culture of West Yorkshire Ale.

It’s 3.7% abv and is drinking really wonderfully. We find it simultaneously refreshing and flavorful. It’s a brewer favorite at Jester King and has lovely breadiness, a soft herbal bitterness, and enjoyable plum and fig aromas from fermentation.

Ever wondered how we named this beer? It’s called Commercial Suicide because we found it was too low alcohol for beer geeks and too dark in color for macro beer drinkers, essentially creating no audience. Try it for yourself and tell us your thoughts!

Lancaster Brewing Company – Underlord Chimera

Style: Belgian Style Red Ale

IBU: 15 | ABV: 7.5%

Description: A truly unique Belgian style Flanders Red Ale, aged on apricot puree, in pinot noir barrels for 19 months, resulting in a complex union of ripe cherry/pinot noir flavors and aroma, with notes of apricot and tart candy, interlaced with subtle Belgian ale yeast and light oak undertones.

Sierra Nevada Brewing Co – Celebration IPA

Style: Holiday IPA

IBU: 65 | ABV: 6.8%

Description: Once we pick fresh hops, the clock starts ticking. Each year, we visit the Pacific Northwest to hand-select the best Cascade and Centennial hops, race the harvest home, and brew immediately to capture citrus, pine, and floral notes at their absolute peak — aromas and flavors for the perfect winter beer. It’s a magical time at the brewery — has been for 40 years now! — when our brewers huddle around the fermentation tanks, toasting the start of a special season. Wrapped in red, consider Celebration IPA your first present of the holidays.

Victory Brewing Company – DDH Dirtwolf

Style: Double Dry-Hopped DIPA

IBU: 50 | ABV: 9.6%

Description: In the cold winter months, the pack doubles in size. a new evolution of an even more aggressively hopped classic. Dangerously intense aromas of citrus and earthy notes make this a beer that will be sure to send you howling for more.
