First and foremost, we set up a time for our team to learn more about your brewery, discuss what processes you have in place, and learn about your brewery’s plans for the future. From there, one of our team members walks you through a live, detailed demo of our software and its functionality targeted to your production, scheduling, finance, and distribution needs. Having a live walkthrough of the software gives you the opportunity to see features firsthand and ask any questions along the way that you may have about our software.

Training and Implementation
When it comes to the training and implementation we provide for our software clients, we pride ourselves on an extremely hands-on approach. Each of our knowledgeable and experienced software consultants works directly with your brewery to consult on best practices and provide live one-on-one training for using VicinityBrew. When you choose VicinityBrew to solve your brewery management software needs, your dedicated project manager will be there for you through every step of the training and implementation process until you feel 100% comfortable using our system. We work hard to build a structured project to guide your team and ensure a successful “go-live” when you are ready. One of our top priorities is investing in building a relationship as you invest in supporting growth.
Ongoing Support and Resources
Live, ongoing support (US-based) is included with all VicinityBrew software subscriptions and purchases. As a VicinityBrew client, you will always have peace of mind knowing that our knowledgeable support staff is there for you if any questions or concerns ever arise. Our team works hard to ensure that each client is 100% satisfied with their software application. Customers also have direct access to our user portal with in-depth training videos, knowledgebase articles, documented user guides and new release overviews, as well as a discussion forum to connect directly with fellow VicinityBrew users.
VicinityBrew clients will have the option of attending FOCUS, a Vicinity Software user event. FOCUS is the foremost formula manufacturing software event, bringing Vicinity software users, Microsoft® Partners, Vicinity Software team members, and process manufacturing industry experts together to discuss ways to improve and most effectively utilize Vicinity software. Attending FOCUS helps your company cut costs, improve operational efficiency, increase employee productivity and maximize your current ERP system by providing valuable training and industry advice. By increasing your Vicinity product knowledge and utilization, attendees can, in turn, foster long-term, profitable growth for their company.
Customer Feedback and Ongoing Development
